Babiators Lost & Found Guarantee:
If you lose or break your Babiators product within 12 months of purchase, it will be replaced for free by Babiators. All you need to pay for is shipping.
That is how confident Babiators are with the products that they sell. The registration and redemption processes are online, and both are super quick and easy to complete, even for the busiest parent.
If you purchase a pair of Babiators from Magic Bean, this is what you need to do:
- Within 30 days of purchasing, you will need to register your Babiators with the international babiators website. You will need to have the 12-digit code (referred to as the UPC code) that is on the box that your Babiators came in.
- Once you register, you will receive a code. Make sure you keep this in a safe place as you will need this code if you need to replace lost or broken Babiators.
- It is also recommended that you keep the receipt provided by Magic Bean as proof of purchase and the date of purchase in case this is queried during the claim process.
Please note, the Lost & Found guarantee is handled by Babiators through their US website. Magic Bean is not involved in this process. We are happy to answer any queries you have about the process but you need to complete steps 1 & 2 within 30 days of purchase.
